Keeping Joy

Periodically, the small group that I attend at Calvary Assemby of God (www.calvaryohio.org) asks each other accountability questions. The latest set of questions (written by Kris Dolberry) has an interesting variety compared to what I have seen in the past. One question is “Have you allowed any person or circumstance to rob you of your joy?” I find this can be hard to answer no to at times. I think back over the past year and reaching those that live in the same park as Acts 2:42 Ministries (www.242ministries.org). At times it has led to some difficult circumstances. However, if I abide in Christ, then I should still have joy despite what is going on. How often I need to remember this!
