Racial Reconciliation

Currently, I have been reading Restoring At-Risk Communities by John M. Perkins. The chapter I just finished dealt with racial reconciliation. It has been a pretty challenging chapter to read. It makes me look much more closely about behaviors and thoughts that I have towards other races. With Acts 2:42 Ministries being in a mobile home park with a large Hispanic population, I want to be aware and sensitive of this issue. The chapter points out that racial reconciliation is very hard work. However, when done correctly it really shows Christ’s power.
