Leadership privileges

This was my first year overseeing other tutors at my job in Cleveland schools. It was difficult at times but I really enjoyed it. It is different managing adults instead of just having a small group of students. It takes a different approach when something needs to be done. I know this experience will prove valuable as I continue to pray about God's call on my life to lead a school someday. Luke 16:10 comes to mind. “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.” I pray that as God promotes me I remain trustworthy to those that I lead in this job and Acts 2:42 Ministries.
